We want you to love your BYNIX eyewear. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags must still be attached to the product.
  • The request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been personalized, damaged, or worn.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  • The reason for the return or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Item

Once your request has been approved, securely package the item in its original packaging. Include all original tags and ensure the item is protected for shipment to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria outlined in this policy. If approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

3.1 Refund Amount

Your refund will include the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.

3.2 Processing Time

If you are returning or exchanging an item because it was not the right size, style, or you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5.2 Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, BYNIX will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Final Sale Items & Non-Returnable Items
